The MRB-12 machine is designed for rewinding and longitudinal cutting of PET and glue with a thickness of 1...3 mm.
Winding is carried out using a contactless method, on two pneumatic expansion shafts.
In its design, a slitting machine is a machine that rewinds rolls of greater length and width into smaller rolls.
The output shaft is a rod with two cones and a brake drum. The bale is placed on the cones. Having set the required parameters and having made sure that the machine is ready, the operator presses the “START” button and rewinding starts. At first the drives of the receiving rolls are switched on to create material tension, and after 3...4 seconds the drive of the pulling roll is switched on. Rewinding is carried out at a predetermined speed. The machine switches to the rewinding speed for a certain underrun to the specified meterage. The machine stops when the set meterage is reached.
